We offer MBA students from INSEAD a unique opportunity to work in one of our global offices as an MBA Summer Associate.

What can you expect: 
For eight to twelve weeks during your summer break, you will be an integral part of a high-performing consulting team, gaining firsthand experience of our corporate culture. This program is designed to help you determine if Roland Berger is the right fit for you. Outstanding Summer Associates may receive an offer for a full-time position.

How to apply: 
Please submit your CV and cover letter using your INSEAD email address. Please indicate up to three country preferences in the application form, considering that fluency in the local language is typically required for most offices, and explain your preferences in your cover letter. If no preference is specified, we will consider the best fit among our global offices. Please note that all INSEAD applications are processed centrally - no additional submission to local offices is required.

Sunday, March 29, 23:59 CET for all campuses.

Interview process: 
Our interviews assess both personal skills (including your motivation to join Roland Berger) and professional skills (including case study exercises).
