• Deal origination (research of target industries, initial acquisition targets and deal pipelines)
• Deal analysis (market research, competitor benchmarking, financial analysis, valuation)
• Deal execution (negotiation with targets, coordination of work streams)
• Due diligence (partially in-house, partially outsourced providers)
• Portfolio development (identification of value-add potential, hiring support, 100-day plans, business reviews)

• Outstanding degree/MBA from a top university in a business-related or quantitative field
  
• At least 2 - 8 years of working experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking or private equity firm
• Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• High degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
• Ability work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
• Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and meet demanding deadlines
  
• Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment or individually
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point a must
  
• Fluency in English and a Native speaker in an European language
