What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be part of two dynamic teams:

✨ NPD Operations Team
Think of this team as the glue that holds the innovation process together. We’re the connectors between creative minds and operational excellence—ensuring everything flows smoothly from idea to shelf.

✨ Body & Beauty Category Team
Here’s where the magic happens—from concept to launch. You’ll get a front-row seat to how fragrances, formulations, and designs come to life, and learn all about the processes and people that make it happen.

• You’re a HBO/WO student with a passion for Innovation, Design, Marketing, or anything that sparks creativity
• Hands-on, proactive, and structured in your approach
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative twist
• Great communicator and relationship builder
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excell and ideally Adobe tools
• Bonus points if you love fragrance, cosmetics, and product design!
• Available from September 2026 for 6 months, 32–40 hours per week
