About the team
You’ll join our close-knit Payroll team of 9 colleagues, including 4 international payroll specialists. We’re an international group that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Expect hands-on support, shared successes, and room to grow.

Your role
As Global Payroll Specialist, you manage payroll for several international entities in our fast-growing organization. You’ll work closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders in HR and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes. You’re detail-oriented, analytically strong, and always looking for smarter ways of working.

What you’ll do

  • Process and coordinate payroll for multiple countries

  • Review payroll input and validate output from external providers

  • Ensure timely and accurate salary payments

  • Manage statutory deductions (taxes, social security, etc.)

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries

  • Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

  • Support audits and continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. (1/2 years)

• Experience in a retail organization is a pré

• Good understanding of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.

• Proficiency in payroll software and excel.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
