Job Description
YOU BRING IDEAS TO LIFE — BEAUTIFULLY, PRECISELY, AND AT SCALE
As a Senior Graphic Designer in the Content & Design Studio, you combine creative graphic design with hands-on print production expertise. You create meaningful visual assets while ensuring that every file is technically flawless and fully production-ready. This role blends creative execution with strong technical precision — not pure artistry, not pure DTP, but a balanced mix of both.
You bring concepts to life across campaigns, retail storytelling, print, POS, and out-of-home. You work in an agile, collaborative environment, partnering closely with creative leads, copywriters, digital teams, studio operations, and external print partners to deliver high-quality work at scale.
You design with purpose, build templates and systems that make great design repeatable, and streamline workflows to improve consistency and craft across markets. Your work reflects our Studio values: clarity, collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print, retail, POS, OOH, guidelines, and digital touchpoints.
Prepare technically perfect, print-ready artwork — including bleeds, crops, color profiles, and all required production specs.
Translate creative direction into accurate and on-brand production files that deliver consistency across markets.
Maintain and evolve templates, asset libraries, and production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
Collaborate with Studio Operations, Localisation, marketing teams, and print vendors to ensure smooth execution from concept to production.
Perform layout refinements, adaptations, and versioning with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Share knowledge and guide external partners, promoting production excellence across the Studio.
Proactively simplify processes, improve workflows, and elevate the overall standard of design execution.
Qualifications
You thrive at the intersection of creativity and precision. You love shaping beautiful layouts and perfecting production details. You work fast without friction, and you’re energised by collaboration in a multidisciplinary, international environment.
You’re high-energy, low-ego, and endlessly curious. You care deeply about craft, brand consistency, and the systems that make great design possible at scale.
You bring:
4+ years of graphic design and strong DTP experience—in a retail, lifestyle, or beauty brand.
Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Deep understanding of print production, prepress standards, and technical specifications.
Experience across print and digital formats.
Excellent communication skills in English.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and passion for elevating creative quality.
A portfolio demonstrating both creative and highly technical production work (must-have for application).
Why this role matters
In the Content & Design Studio, creativity is both a craft and a system. Your work helps shape how Rituals appears in the world—visually consistent, emotionally resonant, and beautifully executed. You play a key role in making our brand experience cohesive, scalable, and future-fit.
Your designs don’t just look good.
They build clarity.
