Job Description
At Rituals, our ambition is to enrich everyday routines into more meaningful moments. As our Travel & Wholesale Design Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our store development team, helping bring the Rituals brand to life across our global network of shop-in-shops, travel retail spaces, and single furniture roll-outs.
You’ll support the Wholesale & Travel Design Team by coordinating a high volume of opening projects — from new shop-in-shop installations in partners like Douglas, Sephora, and Boots, to bespoke branded fixtures in travel retail locations such as airports and hotels.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every installation meets Rituals’ design standards, is delivered on time, and stays on budget.
For 40 hours per week, you will:
- Coordinate multiple store design projects from request to installation — approximately 1200–1400 projects per year.
- Manage single fixture and shop-in-shop roll-outs for wholesale and travel partners worldwide.
- Serve as the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders, including account managers, suppliers, and installation partners.
- Review and track incoming requests, ensuring all information is complete and projects stay on schedule.
- Proactively update files, project overviews, and key reports to keep the business aligned.
- Make price agreements with local suppliers for installations.
- Ensure each store project is delivered on-brand, on time, and on budget.
- Occasionally travel to visit key locations (approx. 3–4 trips per year).
About the team:
You’ll join a dynamic, creative, and international team at the heart of our store development department. Together, we design and deliver Rituals experiences in every retail format — from luxury travel hubs to shop-in-shops with our global partners. Collaboration, innovation, and a shared love for beautiful spaces define our culture.
Qualifications
You are structured, proactive, and a natural connector. With excellent stakeholder management skills and a sharp eye for detail, you thrive in a role that combines project coordination, supplier management, and design awareness.
On top of this, you have:
- 2–3 years’ experience coordinating projects, ideally in the retail or wholesale sector.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you’re approachable, a clear communicator, and confident in coordinating with diverse international teams.
- Process management abilities — you’re proactive in identifying bottlenecks and keeping projects moving.
- A highly accurate and organised approach to your work.
- Fluency in English; any additional languages are a plus.
- A flexible, collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing global brand.
The path to your new career:
- Our recruiter, Camilla, will contact you within 10 working days for an introductory meeting via teams
- First interview on-site with the Hiring Manager
- Psychometric assessment and a second interview to follow
- If successful, you will receive a proposal with the terms of employment
