Job Description

Shopping at Rituals isn’t just about buying products — it’s about stepping into a world of wellbeing. A moment to pause, indulge the senses, and discover beautiful rituals that uplift everyday life. As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator, you are the storyteller of that experience. You shape the atmosphere, set the mood, and bring our brand’s philosophy to life through inspiring visual presentations in our premium stores across The Netherlands.

As a Visual Merchandise Field Coordinator, you’re the essential link between our brand, stores, and head office teams. Most of your time is spent in our premium stores across The Netherlands, turning visual merchandising guidelines into immersive, inspiring experiences. No two days are the same but you can expect to be hands-on, creative, and always dynamic.

For 36–40 hours per week, you will:

  • Implement and maintain inspiring product presentations in Rituals premium stores.
  • Execute stunning window displays, merchandising layouts, and event set-ups for campaigns and limited collections.
  • Build, guide and inspire store teams to elevate their visual merchandising expertise.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of ambiance, lighting, store layouts and planogram compliance.

This role involves weekly travel to stores across The Netherlands (4 days in-store, 1 day working from home). With Rituals' fast-paced growth, opportunities for international travel will arise — so flexibility and a sense of adventure are essential.

Qualifications

Within our Visual Merchandise department, you’ll collaborate with around 20 passionate and experienced colleagues. Like you, they have an eye for detail, a deep love of styling, and a creative, solution-oriented approach.

“What I enjoy most about my job at Rituals? Travelling around my stores, where every day feels like a new adventure. You work with beautiful products, inspiring people and ever-changing shop layouts — it keeps every workday fresh and exciting.”

High on energy, low on ego and with a sense of humour — you are one of a kind because of your sharp eye for detail, boundless creativity and hands-on mentality.

On top of this, you have:

  • Retail industry experience with a strong understanding of visual merchandising.
  • Education in Fashion, Interior Styling, Design or a related field (a plus, but not essential).
  • A strong connection with the Rituals brand and an excellent grasp of in-store customer experience.
  • Sound knowledge of colour, styling and visual presentation principles.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, paired with a strong commercial sense.
