Job Description
Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and customer experience? As a Loyalty Program Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our My Rituals loyalty program — from in-store activations to digital campaigns that reach millions.
Working side by side with Loyalty Program Managers, you’ll ensure flawless execution across channels, turn insights into action, and take ownership of projects that push our CRM approach forward. You’ll work with cross-functional teams — from Retail Operations to E-commerce — keeping everything aligned, efficient, and on-brand.
Your role at a glance
- Coordinate the local rollout of CRM campaigns across retail and digital platforms.
- Turn customer and store feedback into smart improvements.
- Lead smaller CRM projects with clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure teams are trained, prepared, and supported for new feature launches.
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest optimizations for engagement and growth.

Qualifications
You bring...
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in CRM, loyalty marketing, or retail operations.
- A bachelor’s or university degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders engaged.
- Affinity with customer journeys, loyalty strategy, and digital platforms.
