Job Description
For our Sourcing, Quality and Regulation (SQR) Department we are looking for a Project Manager.
Our SQR department ensures that we are the best supplier for our customers & the best customer for our suppliers by securing availability, quality and compliancy of Rituals products worldwide
Within the SQR department you will be part of the SQR Business Improvement Team, driving long-term strategy and leading cross-functional projects within the SQR department. While operational teams keep the business running, we help managers and teams step back, envision future goals, and build the capabilities needed to reach the next level of maturity.
As a Project Manager, you lead projects for the Sourcing, Quality and Regulatory teams to develop a best-in-class supplier base that supports company growth and Rituals' sustainability objectives. You empower the team to leverage data and technologies, transitioning to a more efficient, structured, and digitalized way of working. Collaboration is at the heart of what you do—building strong internal partnerships across departments and fostering reliable relationships with external suppliers.
Your work plays a key role in driving Rituals’ growth by strengthening end-to-end processes. Collaborating with diverse teams, you support the SQR Program Manager in delivering strategic programs that drive cost savings, optimize product lifecycle management, and elevate quality and compliance management.
Key result areas are:
- Identify Project Opportunities: Bring a fresh, outside-in perspective to spot improvement opportunities.
- Support the Strategic Roadmap: Work with business owners to develop and bring the strategic project roadmap to life.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Drive key projects by defining scope, setting deliverables, building the right team, and ensuring successful implementation and handover.
- Be a Center of Excellence: Collaborate with the SQR Program Manager as the expert for project management, processes, and systems in the SQR department.
- Lead System Implementations: Provide functional leadership to implement critical systems effectively.
- Manage Change & Stakeholders: Engage and guide stakeholders through changes with clear and persuasive communication.
- Align Business Needs: Partner with business owners, stakeholders, and suppliers to turn strategic needs into actionable projects, advancing the team’s planning maturity.
Qualifications
High on energy, low on ego and with a of little bit humour. On top of that you have:
- Master’s degree;
- Extensive experience (4-5 years) with project management;
- Experience with supplier collaboration & integration;
- Strong affinity with tool implementation, systems, and digitalization;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Experience/affinity with Sourcing, Quality or Regulatory processes is a pre;
