Our Store Design & Visual Merchandising Team is focussing on 2 business areas. Our well-known shopping locations and also our newest line of business: the Mind Oasis.

To build this line of business we are searching for a commercial Key Accountmanager. The Mind Oasis can be found in a selection of our stores, currently in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Antwerp. In line with the Rituals philosophy, the Mind Oasis is a place where you can – both physically and mentally - slow down with innovative, scientifically-based experiences for ultimate relaxation and recharge. As a Key Accountmanager for the Mind Oasis, you will drive the growth and success of our Mind Oasis B2B concept, by acquiring new partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing Rituals partners and implementing strategies to meet the sales target.  

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Sales strategy: develop and implement sales strategies, including market analysis, promotional campaigns for acquisition and to achieve target
  • Client acquisition: identify and engage potential B2B partners, including hotels, resorts, airports, gyms, offices and other relevant businesses
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with our concept
  • Negotiation: prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms and close the deal
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. our Travel team) as well as external partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B sales with an existing network, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Strong understanding of the business models in the hospitality industry
  • Solution orientated with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and networks across various business sectors
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel

You will spend most of your time at our Amsterdam Central Head Office. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals
