Become the right-hand of our VP Engineering and play a vital role in shaping and optimizing Rise Up's innovative platforms. Join our tech team to drive infrastructure development, ensure a strategic roadmap, and proactively tackle challenges through your expertise in cloud deployment, monitoring, and scripting.

Key Requirements :

Design, Optimize and Maintain the infrastructure of Rise Up platforms:

• Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with Rise Up's evolving business needs.
• Proactively anticipate and address potential issues by utilizing advanced monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Execute all aspects of exploitation procedures, including application release (CI/CD), systems upgrades, and failover tests.
• Ensure the prompt identification and resolution of security breaches, contributing to a secure environment.

Hard Skills :

• Strong general IT knowledge (Cloud, Infras, Network, Web).
• Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript, along with experience in database administration (SQL & optimization).
• Master CI/CD methodologies and possess scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Experience with containerization and Docker administration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) for efficient deployment and updates.
• Good spoken and written English.

Soft Skills :

• A natural problem solver, with the ability to navigate and excel in complex situations.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and switching context seamlessly.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, fostering collaboration and alignment with diverse teams.
• Proactive and forward-thinking, anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
• Curiosity and a passion for learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Nice to Have :

• Prior experience working in a SaaS B2B environment.
