Reporting to the Program Manager (Portfolio Delivery), you'll lead complex cyber and information security initiatives across Rest's Cyber Optimisation, Resilience and Enablement (CORE) program.
Working closely with Information Security, Technology, business stakeholders and delivery partners, you'll be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that strengthen cyber resilience, improve security controls and reduce organisational risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber and information security projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk and benefits.
- Manage project governance, RAID, financials, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong partnerships across Technology, Information Security, business teams, vendors and delivery partners.
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Oversee vendor and partner performance, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
- Support successful transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification.
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex cyber, security, technology or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of cyber, risk and control frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, Essential Eight, ISM, CPS 230 and CPS 234.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Strong financial management, governance, forecasting, benefits realisation and executive reporting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within superannuation, financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
Cyber Security Experience
Experience delivering initiatives across one or more of the following areas:
- Security Operations & Incident Response: SOC uplift, SIEM, Fusion Centre, SOAR and incident response.
- Identity & Access Management: SailPoint, SSO, MFA, YubiKey, privileged access and governance.
- Perimeter & Network Security: Firewalls, network segmentation, micro-segmentation and Zero Trust.
- Vulnerability & Application Security: Vulnerability management, application security, remediation and automated reporting.
- Data Protection: DSPM, Snowflake PII discovery, data minimisation and information protection.
- Third-Party Risk: Vendor assurance, supplier monitoring, risk rating services and fourth-party risk management.
