Job Description

  • Support two GM's within Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation and Repsonsible Investments

  • Hybrid and flexible working - ideally 3-4 days in the office 

  • Circular Quay office

Your role will be to support the General Manager, Responsible Investment & Sustainability and the Head of Investment Strategy & Asset Allocation. This is a all round EA role, providing broad support in planning and management of team activities with a focus on organising internal and external meetings. 

  • Assist senior leaders in the ongoing management of their teams, providing administration and office support
  • Act as the first point of contact for the senior leaders within these functions in the co-ordination of meetings with key stakeholders and external partners
  • Manage the diaries of your two senior leaders, and manage LT annual leave
  • Manage and support human resources activities in a timely and confidential manner including but no limited to onboarding of new starters, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc
  • Co-ordinate travel across the team and manage and support team communications between Melbourne and Sydney and with the wider Rest enterprise.
  • Coordinate activities that support development and planning; such as team meetings, activities, offsites, training, etc.
  • Support the management of budgets, including but not limited to administrating expense claims, travel arrangements, processing of invoices.
  • Assist with building powerpoint presentations
  • Support or coordinate general office related operations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working for a Senior Manager or C-Suite Executive
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Understanding of financial services industry and asset management.
  • Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including high level written and verbal skills.
  • Agile and adaptive, able to operate in a fast paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
