About the Job
As Marketing Manager this is a key role within the Member Experience team focused primarily on acquisition and onboarding of new members and employers. You’ll work within a collaborative team environment to:
- Help shape the design of member experiences to create super our members love in the acquisition and onboarding phase of the member lifecycle
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies and communications to help members onboard seamlessly and in an engaging way
- Support the acquisition and onboarding of new employer and member relationships
This role or team members may at times support retention and retirement-focused activity depending on member and business priorities. You’ll work closely with your team leader, constantly striving to exceed expectations and surprise and delight Rest members.
- Lead and execute omni-channel marketing strategies to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members so they wish to remain with Rest through retirement
- Scope and implement data-driven member interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace
- Implement highly focused marketing strategies to acquire and onboard members and employers via a range of channels
Work within a small team of customer experience and marketing professionals while living the Rest values - Work with internal and external agencies to develop creative approaches that help deliver on our mission to make super simple
- Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards and the desired member

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and/or experience in marketing or related business disciplines.
Required experience, understanding or credentials including;
- Strong experience in marketing, customer experience or a related discipline
- Proven success in executing omni-channel marketing strategies in consultation with key stakeholders
- Familiarity with superannuation, financial services or similar regulated industry environment
- Ability and willingness to adopt agile delivery methodologies
- A willingness to innovate, test and learn as a fundamental way of operating
- Commercial acumen to effectively identify and act on opportunities
- Proven ability to execute plans in consultation with key stakeholder
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills
- High energy and resilience levels
