About the Job
Your role as the Senior Manager People Experience will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture with a focus on culture development, employee recognition, DE&I, employee listening and feedback mechanisms, wellbeing programs and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
You will be instrumental in ensureing that Rest is recognised as a great place to work and that staff are engaged, motivated, and aligned with our values and strategic objectives.
- Design and implement initiatives that reinforce the company’s values and culture, driving engagement and a sense of belonging among employees.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across the organization to embed cultural norms and behaviours that support strategic goals.
- Develop and manage recognition programs that acknowledge and reward desirable behaviours, outstanding performance and contributions to the team and organization.
- Lead DE&I initiatives including strategy refinement, program implementation, and fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and included.
- Oversee employee listening strategies, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather actionable insights into the employee experience and translate feedback into strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement wellbeing programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional health of employees
- Refine and communicate the EVP
- Manage the delivery of people experience projects and initiatives from inception through to successful implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in organizational development, leadership training, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Regularly evaluate and update initiatives and practices to ensure they remain innovative, relevant, and effective
Qualifications
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, related field or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on enhancing the employee experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and develop impactful people strategies
- Demonstrated understanding of key trends in People Experience
- Understanding of superannuation industry trends and challenges is desirable.
