About the Job

  • Assist the CFO and leadership team in the ongoing management of the team.
  • Managing the onboarding of new starters, building out induction programs, arranging stakeholder meetings, systems training etc
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CFO for his leadership team and other executive stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities that support the engagement, development and planning for Finance &Investment Operations
  • Assist with reporting across the group.
  • Assist with coordinating Board papers and Board committee papers
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with key stakeholders with the CFO 
  • Invoicing, reporting, budget & variance analysis.
  • Support the ongoing communications within the team.
  • Managing the CFO’s diary
  • Assist CFO and LT with putting together/ refining presentations.
  • Reconcile the CFO’s expenses
  • Monthly newsletters, set agendas and activities for F&IO meetings and offsites, organised lunch and learns, engagement related activities and manage LT annual leave etc.
  • Assist the CFO to record KPI’s for each finance function 
  • Build dashboards that can be used to show an integrated story of the deliverables of the finance team.
  • Work within the EA Community of Practice 

Qualifications

About You:

  • Proven  experience  working for a C-Suite Executive preferably within Finance.
  • demonstrated capability in management support to a Finance Executive, Team or related business area.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy..
  • Experience working with financial data and information to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Finance functions.
  • PowerPoint wizz! 
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills.
