Job Description
The Sr. Staff Solution Marketing Specialist will play an instrumental role in Renesas’ business growth, work with internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and 3rd party partners to execute marketing activities focus on Automotive EE Architecture system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the solution marketing owner for Automotive systems, focus on vehicle EE Architecture and related applications.
- Work with sales and business unit partners on system solution demand analysis per market trend through customer early engagement, work with architecture and solution engineering team to define and build the right and competitive solutions.
- Support solution go-to-market activities, including solution launch, internal and external training, key customer project tracking and supporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams on new product proposal from application requirement view.
- Review and analyze market reports to contribute insights, recommendations, and optimize solution opportunities accordingly.
Qualifications
- BA or MA degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Automotive OEM/Tier1 or semiconductor company, with a strong focus on automotive applications and automotive ICs, including SoC, MCU, Power and Mix-signal analog.
- Proven experience in role of automotive system integration, project development, marketing, FAE, etc.
- Deep understanding of automotive EE architecture and system including hardware design and software architecture, preferably in vehicle Electrical / Electronic Architecture, ADAS, Digital Cockpit, Domian Controller, ZCU, 48V architecture, RCP, etc.
- Skilful or experienced in go-to-market activities, including product/solution demand creation, market strategy setting and promotion.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
