Job Description
我们正在寻找一名具备五年以上研发经验的硬件工程师,负责机器人关节控制器、灵巧手控制器、主控板及相关嵌入式硬件平台的设计与产品化。岗位覆盖瑞萨 MCU、MPU 或 SoC 平台,以及数字/模拟电路、电源、通信接口、传感器和执行机构硬件。候选人将参与需求分析、器件选型、原理图与 PCB 设计、样机调试、可靠性验证和量产导入,并与嵌入式软件、结构、算法、测试及供应链团队协同。
- 负责基于瑞萨 R-Car、RZ、RH850、RA 等系列 SoC、MPU、MCU 的系统板级硬件设计、调试与全流程验证。
- 负责机器人控制器、关节控制板、灵巧手控制板及相关硬件系统的架构设计、开发和维护。
- 独立完成基于瑞萨 MCU、MPU 或 SoC 的系统板硬件设计与系统测试,并编写硬件设计手册。
- 使用 Altium Designer 等工具完成原理图与 PCB 设计,并维护相关设计资料。
- 负责编码器、IMU、力矩/触觉传感器、视觉模块、电机及其他机器人执行机构的硬件集成。
- 负责工业通信及高速接口硬件设计和联调,包括但不限于:
- EtherCAT
- CAN/CAN-FD
- Ethernet/TSN
- USB、PCIe、MIPI
- UART、SPI、I2C 等接口
- 使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、电子负载等设备进行根因分析和设计改进。
Qualifications
必备条件
- 电子工程、自动化、通信工程、测控、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 五年以上电子产品或嵌入式硬件研发经验,具备至少一个产品从设计到量产的完整经历。
- 掌握数字、模拟和电源电路,能够独立完成原理图设计、板级调试及问题闭环。
- 熟悉至少一种 MCU、MPU 或 SoC 平台,以及常见通信、存储、电源和传感器电路。
- 熟练使用 Altium Designer 完成原理图设计与 PCB 布局布线。
- 熟练使用常用实验室仪器,具备系统化的硬件故障分析和定位能力。
- 具备基础 C/C++ 能力,可编写硬件测试程序,或配合 RTOS/Linux 驱动、Device Tree 及板级启动调试。
优先条件
- 具有机器人、伺服驱动器、电机控制器、工业控制器或智能设备硬件开发经验。
- 熟悉 DDR、PCIe、USB、MIPI、千兆以太网等高速接口,以及多层板和 SI/PI 设计。
- 熟悉复杂电源树、电流采样、保护电路、BLDC/PMSM 驱动及 FOC 相关硬件。
- 熟悉 EtherCAT、CAN-FD 等工业通信技术。
- 具有 EMC 整改、可靠性失效分析、器件替代、供应商协同或量产问题处理经验。

- NVIDIA 相关产品项目经验
- 熟悉嵌入式 Linux、RTOS、Device Tree、驱动联调或 ROS/ROS2
