Job Description
Job Summary
The Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated test systems to ensure reliable operation and achievement of production and quality targets in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot ATE systems (hardware and software)
- Support production to minimize tester downtime and improve uptime
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
- Drive yield improvement through data analysis and failure investigation
- Support NPI activities and tester bring-up for new products
- Manage spare parts, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate in Bachelor Degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
