Principal Accountabilities

·Define mixed signal test methodologies.

· Generate effective test coverage and develop reliable ATE test hardware and software. Debug silicon and publish test result.

·Develop effective ATE production test capability with low cost, high test yield, high throughput and high quality.

·Develop test capability for quick 'time to market' and 'time to volume'

·Timely release qualified production test hardware and software to production to ensure OTD for sample request and backlog

·Perform test time reduction and support product engineer in yield improvement to improve gross margin and throughput

· Support reliability test

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering field (minimum)

· Moderate level computer skills including Excel, Word, Power point (required)

· Programming experience in visual basic or C++ (preferred)

· 2 year ATE experience

· Test development experience with Cohu Dmdx (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· > 3 years relevant job experience

· Good knowledge of IC test flow and IC test methodologies

· Good background in IC test coverage generation

· C language, Visual Basic and Excel Macros knowledge

· PCB design proficiency for ATE test hardware

· Test development with Cohu Dmdx or other ATEs

· Familiar with ATE calibration/ diagnostic and trouble shooting

· Written and verbal English is essential

· Semiconductor Automotive knowledge as advantage

Key Relationships

·Close collaboration with design team, DFT, product engineering and quality engineering during development phase

·Good relationship with supply chain management and OSAT
