Consultative Value Seller (Quick-Turn SaaS/Software Sales)

We are looking for a high-energy, consultative salesperson who can quickly understand customer workflows, articulate Altium’s value, and guide prospects to fast, confident decisions. This role requires someone who blends relationship-building with crisp discovery, clear ROI communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of opportunities without sacrificing solution quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently uncovers needs, and positions Altium as the essential design solution.

This position is located in Frisco, TX or La Jolla, CA offices and is on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • You approach sales targets and all professional goals with a winning mentality and a clear focus on quality and business success
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience, preferably inside, telesales, or business development in software or a related technology with a proven history of exceeding targets
  • You’re known for persisting past gatekeepers and can be extremely resourceful in gathering meaningful decision-maker intelligence. You obsess over customer needs and go the extra mile for insight and understanding. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. All communications should be clear, concise, and effective, targeted to meet the information needs of the audience and verified to ensure they’ve been received and understood 
  • Organized, resilient, and tenacious with outreach, and exhibit a hunter’s focus on new relationships
  • Resourceful, action-oriented, collaborative — a team player who goes all out to support your teammates
  • You handle ambiguity, change, and every challenge with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
