• Lead the development and implementation of software for battery management systems (BMS) for high-voltage, 48V, and 12V automotive applications
• Architect and design complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits (ICs)
• Ensure and drive functional safety according to ISO 26262 standards across projects
• Serve as a key technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers, managing customer-facing interactions and technical presentations
• Provide technical leadership in AUTOSAR-based software architectures and solutions
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, support customer projects, and deliver technical consulting

• Extensive experience in automotive software development, with a focus on battery management systems
• Deep expertise in AUTOSAR and functional safety (ISO 26262)
• Proven track record in developing complex device drivers for BMS ICs
• Significant experience in customer-facing roles with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, ideally in international environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer orientation
