Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Specialist to join our Global HR Systems team. In this role, you will support system configurations, testing, and improvement activities within SAP SuccessFactors, as well as participate in global HR initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with basic configuration knowledge who wants to develop a career in HR technology and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support configuration and testing of system enhancements and new functionalities in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Participate in Half Year Release testing, analyze the impact of new features, and share findings with the global HR Systems team.
  • Assist in maintaining configuration-related documentation, such as Configuration Workbook updates or changing logs.
  • Support preparation of user guides for new or enhanced functionalities.
  • Manage the HR Systems mailbox and handle user inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with IT or other teams if needed.
  • Record test results, identify potential issues, and provide clear feedback or documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain reports for HR and business users; provide end-user support where necessary.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, and regional teams on various HR system projects and process improvements. 

    Qualifications

     

    • 1–3 years of experience in HR systems or HR operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
    • Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors configuration (Employee Central preferred).
    • Interest in learning more about system design, configuration, and testing processes.
    • Good understanding of basic HR processes (employee lifecycle, organization management, data maintenance).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
    • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
    • Proactive, positive, and able to work collaboratively in a global environment. 

    Nice to Have

    • Experience participating in release testing or UAT.
    • Understanding of HRIS data structures or integration flows.
    • Experience working in a multicultural or global team environment.
