Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and service-oriented Duty Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This role is ideal for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to develop their leadership skills within a prestigious boutique hotel environment.
The Duty Manager will support the daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and assist departmental teams in maintaining the highest standards of service associated with luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the senior management in overseeing daily hotel operations and Food & Beverage outlets
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments
• Provide operational support to all F&B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations
• Assist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests
• Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours
• Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant updates during handovers
Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, front office, or hotel operations preferred
• Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for guest service and operational excellence
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset
