We are now seeking a Rooms Division Manager to join our leadership team.

Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this role is central to the delivery of the Palace experience — ensuring that every guest encounter, from arrival to departure, reflects the effortless luxury and genuine care for which the hotel is renowned.

The Role

As Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee Front Office, Concierge, Porters, Nights and Housekeeping, bringing a calm, assured leadership style to the day-to-day operation.

You will support the Director of Rooms in shaping the guest journey, leading your teams with pride and purpose, and ensuring that standards are not only met, but consistently elevated.

This is a role for someone who understands that true luxury lies in the detail — in anticipation, discretion, and the ability to make each guest feel entirely at home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the rooms division teams, fostering a culture of pride, care, and attention to detail
  • Ensure a seamless and personalised guest journey across all rooms division touchpoints
  • Uphold and continuously elevate the standards expected of a 5-star property
  • Respond thoughtfully and effectively to guest feedback, always seeking to exceed expectations
  • Support the Director of Rooms in driving operational excellence and strategic direction
  • Oversee rostering, cost control, and departmental performance with a balanced, commercial approach
  • Work closely with the wider leadership team to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience

  • An experienced Rooms Division or senior Front Office leader within a luxury hotel environment
  • A natural host, with a genuine passion for guest care and personalised service
  • A thoughtful leader who develops people and builds strong, engaged teams
  • Detail-focused, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Commercially aware, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering quietly exceptional experiences
