Job Description

 

  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
  • Providing information about resort services and handling guest inquiries and special requests.
  • Coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing reservations (SPA, restaurants, transportation) and assisting with general hotel services.
  • Handling guest complaints with care and resolving issues promptly.
    Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable reception and lobby area.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, managing mail, and performing basic administrative tasks.
  • Keeping accurate records and supporting day-to-day reception operations as needed.
