The host/hostess at Emeril’s will perform duties during service to include greeting guests, escorting them to their tables and assisting other service staff to ensure an excellent dining experience for all. Candidates for this position should have:
• A professional, friendly and enthusiastic phone presence and ability to interact with guests with a positive impact.
• Bright and pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to handle reservations and special requests over the phone
• Experience working with reservation software
• Great customer recognition skills
• Comfortable with navigating around a luxury dining room and interacting with clientele from New Orleans and around the world.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
