The Xara Collection currently has a unique opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Kitchen team at the Medina Restaurant.

You’ll enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same. The candidate we’re looking for will be able to sauté, sear and stew their way to culinary excellence, and have guests sending their ‘compliments to the Chef’ and coming back for more.

About you:  

• As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for hospitality and attention to detail 
• You will have at least 2 years of experience in a quality fine dining environment 
• Ability to run designated sections including day to day ordering 
• Commitment to teamwork and good communicational skills 
• Energy and enthusiasm for learning and developing 
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment.
