La figura si occuperà di:
•    Promuovere la struttura sul mercato per eventi 
•    Gestione richieste e offerte, pianificazione e supervisione eventi
•    Predisposizione Ordini di Servizio, coordinamento e deleghe ai Capi Servizio per esecuzione evento
•    Verifica corretta chiusura eventi e relativi saldi

The figure will deal with:
•    Promote the structure on the market for events
•    Management of requests and offers, planning and supervision of events
•    Preparation of Service Orders, coordination and delegations to the Heads of Service for event execution
•    Verification of correct closing of events and related balances
 

•    Diploma/laurea
•    Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno tre anni maturata in hotel 5* e/o R&C
•    Fluente conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, gradita la conoscenza di un’altra lingua 
•    Ottima conoscenza dei principali software alberghieri 
•    Completano il profilo: doti relazionali e di orientamento all’ospite con spiccata predisposizione a gestire e risolvere le problematiche nell’immediatezza; capacità di gestione dello stress, team working

•    Diploma / degree
•    Previous experience in the role of at least three years gained in a 5 * hotel and / or R&C
•    Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, knowledge of another language is appreciated
•    Excellent knowledge of the main hotel software
•    The profile is completed by: interpersonal skills and guest orientation with a strong predisposition to manage and solve problems immediately; stress management skills, team working
