About the Role

Are you passionate about using data to shape Product decisions, challenge assumptions and drive measurable business impact?

At Redcare Pharmacy, we're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing Product Analytics team, supporting two of our key business domains: Retail Media and Marketplace.

As one of Europe's leading online pharmacies, we're continuously investing in our digital platforms, Product capabilities and data-driven decision-making.

Both Retail Media and Marketplace are important areas of growth, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape how we measure Product performance, understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders, taking ownership of Product Analytics across both domains. A key part of your role will be introducing and strengthening experimentation and Product tracking practices, helping teams make better decisions based on reliable data and meaningful insights.

This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where you'll have significant ownership, visibility and the freedom to challenge existing ways of working.

Job Description

About Your Tasks

  • Own Product Analytics across Retail Media and Marketplace, acting as the central Analytics partner for Product Managers and key business stakeholders.

  • Drive data-informed Product decisions, translating complex datasets into actionable insights, recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

  • Establish and improve Product tracking, defining meaningful KPIs, event tracking requirements and measurement approaches to understand Product performance and customer behaviour.

  • Introduce and develop experimentation practices, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, experiment design, evaluation and interpretation of results.

  • Identify opportunities for Product optimisation, using quantitative analysis to challenge assumptions, uncover customer behaviour patterns and support roadmap prioritisation.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer complex Product and business questions, communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, enabling teams to monitor Product performance and make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data and commercial teams to ensure Analytics is embedded throughout Product discovery, development and optimisation.

  • Support the development of consistent experimentation and tracking standards, contributing to a longer-term vision of more unified Product Analytics practices across Redcare.

  • Explore and apply AI-powered tools to improve analytical workflows, accelerate insights and enhance the way Product teams work with data.

Qualifications

About You

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Analytics, including at least 2–3 years specifically within Product Analytics, ideally supporting digital Products or platforms.

  • You have strong hands-on SQL skills, with the ability to independently query data, understand complex query logic, identify issues and develop analytical models.

  • You have practical experience with Product experimentation and A/B testing, including defining hypotheses, designing experiments and interpreting results.

  • You understand Product tracking and measurement, including event tracking, KPI frameworks and behavioural Analytics.

  • You have experience with at least one Data visualisation tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or a comparable platform.

  • You are comfortable using Excel and Microsoft Office alongside modern Analytics tools.

  • You demonstrate excellent critical thinking and numerical reasoning, confidently questioning assumptions, estimating outcomes and approaching problems in a structured way.

  • You have experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, translating analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence Product decisions.

  • You are AI-literate and curious, actively exploring how AI can support analytical work while maintaining a critical approach to data quality and accuracy.

  • You thrive in an agile, collaborative environment, taking ownership of your work and adapting to changing business priorities.

  • You communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and are comfortable working independently across multiple Product domains.

  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces or Retail Media.

  • Experience analysing customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement or monetisation.

  • Working knowledge of Python for analytical tasks.

  • Experience contributing to experimentation frameworks or improving Product Analytics practices across teams.

  • Exposure to high-growth digital businesses or evolving Product organisations.
