About the Role:

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you act as a trusted strategic and operational partner to our CEO. You work at the heart of Redcare Pharmacy, closely collaborating with the Executive Management Team as well as the entire organization.
Your mission is to help shape and execute company-wide priorities, strengthen alignment across the organization, and ensure that strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and impact.

About your tasks:

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Executive Team, supporting long-term corporate strategy, annual planning, and execution of key priorities
• Prepare strategic analyses, briefings, and presentations, translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights
• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Executive Management and Supervisory Board meetings, ensuring high-quality materials, clear decisions, and strong follow-through
• Support and strengthen stakeholder management across Executive Management, Supervisory Board, and senior leadership teams
• Drive execution of CEO-sponsored initiatives and cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring accountability
• Improve organizational rhythm and operational excellence by optimizing decision-making processes, meeting structures, and information flow
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points early and proactively propose solutions
• Lead or contribute to high-impact transformation and growth initiatives across the organization

About you:

• 5 years + of professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, digital business, or a comparable environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots and turn insights into action
• Proven experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating high-stakes leadership environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, paired with discretion and sound judgment
• Affinity for digital business models, technology, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, digital platforms, e-commerce) is a plus
• Advanced academic degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA preferred) in business, economics, technology, or a related field
• Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantage
