About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic Workday Functional Consultant (m/f/d) to drive optimization and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Job Description
About your tasks:
Lead configuration & implementation: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Workday HCM and Time and Absence modules.
Collaborate & design: Work with Business Analyst and Product Owner to analyze needs and design effective solutions.
Testing & deployment: Conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage the rollout of new features.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations and processes.
Team Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors for seamless integration.
Qualifications
About you:
You worked as a Workday Functional Consultant, especially in HCM and Time Tracking before.
Deep knowledge of Workday, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
Workday certification and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
