Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and support the mission of the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)). This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives that ensure privacy, civil liberties, and transparency are maintained across diverse missions and programs.
Your Impact:
- Lead development of strategic documents and training materials supporting privacy, civil liberties, and transparency initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior DoD leadership
- Implement quality control processes to ensure operational excellence
- Drive compliance with federal privacy, FOIA, and civil liberties requirements
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- Five (5) years of experience with the DoD, leading a multi-disciplined team of support staff.
- Two (2) years of experience managing principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- PMP certification
- Strong track record managing complex government programs
