The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Human Capital Management Office (HCMO), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD (I&S)).

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in steering the development and upkeep of pivotal policies governing the Department's Title 10 DCIPS.. Your responsibilities include creating information papers, FAQs, and policy proposals. Collaborate with HCMO SMEs to revise, draft, and manage policy documents. Coordinate with Defense Components, resolve issues, and review a minimum of five (5) policies monthly.

Ensure timely completion of HCMO actions, coordinating with OUSD(I&S) Policy Director staff at least 10 times a month. Respond to Defense Intelligence workforce questions (four questions monthly) and support DIE-wide or DSE-wide human capital initiatives.

Prepare packages for USD(I&S) approval/coordination, averaging six (6) packages per 12-month period. Required Experience & Skills

• Active TS/SCI
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience visualizing data in databases
• 4+ Years of Experience in database and business intelligence reporting tools
• 3+ Years of Experience with coding, programming and scripting languages in SQL, Java, Python, R.
• 3+ Years of Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SPSS, STATA, Power Bi.
• 3+ Years of experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs, charts, and formulas)
• 5+ Years of SME experience working with intelligence information systems or architecture supporting the combatant commands, services, or the Intelligence Community (IC).
• 3+ Years of years of experience with data engineering either developing or maintaining databases or information systems such as Configuration Management Information System (CMIS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), advancing analytics (ADVANA) and other similar tools for DoD.
• 3+ Years of experience in basis statistics with demonstrated experience in inferential statistics

Desired Skills & Experience

• Certifications in Tableau desktop; Scrum Master, or AWS Cloud
• Program Management/Project Management Experience
