Stellenbeschreibung

AREA HRIS SYSTEM SUPPORT

In this role, you’ll deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for HR teams in the HQ region while ensuring seamless operation of HRIS processes and resolve system issues quickly. You’ll champion data quality and accuracy across all HR master data modules. You’ll also own HRIS service and support delivery for the region.

 

PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND ENHANCEMENT

On the other hand, you’ll identify and drive improvements to processes for greater efficiency and user experience by collaborating with global HRIS teams to align system functionalities with business needs. When needed, you’ll support development and testing of new features tailored to the region.

 

PROJECT SUPPORT

You’ll participate in HRIS-related projects, providing technical expertise and hands-on support. You’ll also coordinate and execute project tasks as directed by HRIS managers while contributing to project documentation and training materials.

 

USER TRAINING AND COACHING

Last but not least, you’ll deliver engaging training sessions for HR teams and new joiners. To do so, you’ll adapt existing resources to boost HRIS adoption while responding to user inquiries and provide solutions to enhance user experience.

Qualifikationen

3 years’ experience working with HR information systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan, BI)

Strong English and German language skills

Solid knowledge of HR processes

Analytical mindset with a structured, results-driven approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

University or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is beneficial

Experience in HRIS governance and compliance is preferred

Prior HR project support experience is an asset

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
