At Red Bull, the Talent Acquisition Operations team builds the systems, tools and frameworks that power hiring globally—from our hiring framework and technology stack to how we assess and develop Talent Acquisition capability across markets.
Job Description
HIRING FRAMEWORK & ENABLEMENT
You'll support the rollout of our global hiring standards, helping maintain training content, the hiring asset library and supporting guides for recruiters and hiring managers globally.
TALENT ACQUISITION TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS
You'll support the rollout and implementation of recruiting technologies, including video interviewing and AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and broader technology projects. You'll contribute to research, reporting, license coordination and data quality across our recruiting system.
TALENT PIPELINE PROGRAMS & CAREER SITE
You'll support our Early Careers portfolio and other talent pipeline programs, helping with process coordination, materials and activities that bring diverse talent into Red Bull. You'll also support updates and improvements to elements of our careers site.
TALENT ACQUISITION COLLABORATION
You’ll work closely with members of the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team and collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues around the world. This exposure will help you broaden your network and build a clearer understanding of how the different areas of Talent Acquisition connect.
Qualifications
Recently graduated, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
Previous exposure to HR, Talent Acquisition or People Operations through internships, working student roles or projects is a plus, not a requirement.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Comfortable working with data and detail; Excel skills are a strong asset.
Knowledge or interest in using AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus.
Structured and organized, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
Curious and proactive, and not afraid to ask questions across different areas of work.
