  • Organization: Red Bull Service GmbH
  • Job type: Permanent

Company Description

Help shape the future of Red Bull’s global Operations footprint.

In this role, you’ll lead expansion projects that turn ambitious growth plans into high-performing production and logistics assets—from identifying and developing greenfield and brownfield opportunities to improving and scaling existing facilities.

As Project Manager, you’ll bring structure, momentum and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll connect teams across Operations and beyond, align priorities, manage interdependencies and keep projects moving from early scoping through to operational ramp-up.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, engineering, supply chain and execution—and you’re motivated by building something tangible with long-term impact—this is an opportunity to make a visible contribution to Red Bull’s next phase of growth.

Job Description

PROJECT LEADERSHIP

You’ll take ownership of complex expansion projects and drive them from initial scope definition through to successful delivery and operational ramp-up. You’ll establish clear project plans, milestones and responsibilities while creating transparency around timelines, budgets, risks and decisions. By proactively managing dependencies across all workstreams, you’ll identify potential risks early, coordinate mitigation measures with the relevant teams and remove roadblocks before they affect delivery.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

You’ll bring together experts from across Red Bull, partner organizations and external providers to deliver projects that require strong alignment, clear ownership and disciplined execution. Your projects will involve workstreams covering scoping, site and building development, plant engineering and automation, production and technology, IT implementation, logistics and customs, procurement, quality management and operational ramp-up.

You’ll facilitate focused workshops and workstream meetings, align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables, and ensure that decisions are translated into clear actions and responsibilities. By building trust-based relationships across functions, you’ll enable teams to operate as one integrated project organization. You’ll also prepare concise, insight-driven updates for the Program Manager and Decision Board to support timely, fact-based decision-making.

EXPANSION FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT

You’ll contribute to the continuous development of Red Bull’s Expansion Framework by strengthening the tools, methods and routines that enable expansion projects to scale successfully. You’ll capture lessons learned, improve ways of working and translate project experience into reusable standards and best practices for future sites. By challenging existing approaches and identifying opportunities for improvement, you’ll help make project delivery more structured, efficient and transparent.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING

You’ll develop a strong network across Red Bull, partner organizations and external stakeholders to support effective collaboration and issue resolution. Working closely with technical experts, you’ll build an understanding of the key requirements associated with manufacturing, warehousing and infrastructure projects and translate them into clear project priorities.

You’ll also help shape scalable standards for new and existing sites, ensuring that expansion projects support operational performance, future growth and long-term reliability.
