Join our multidisciplinary Design team as a Senior Product Designer and craft intuitive, scalable web experiences across Red Bull’s brands, products, and platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and the wider Design team, you’ll transform complex challenges into seamless user journeys, driving everything from conceptual models and interaction flows to polished interface design while ensuring high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams.

Craft & Solution Design

At the heart of this role you produce best-in-class interface design at an exceptional visual bar grounded in UX fundamentals, and use AI-driven tools to work faster and better

Scalable, systems-aware design

Make decisions that hold up across brands, products, and web platforms, partnering with the Design System team to reuse and extend shared patterns rather than reinvent them.

Cross-functional collaboration

Partner with Product and Engineering, translate research and strategy into strong design, and communicate intent, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders

Team operations & value-stream partnership

Act as the link between the Design team and its value streams (typically Product Managers), and run the team's sprint operations - planning and backlog refinement - to keep delivery on track.

5+ years of experience as a product or UX designer, with a strong portfolio of shipped, craft-led work.

Exceptional visual and interface design skills; able to set design direction.

Strong interaction design, conceptual modeling, and usability fundamentals

Proven experience designing for scale across products, brands, and web platforms

Comfortable translating research and strategy into design (rather than owning them)

Fluent in Figma, quick to adopt AI-driven tools, and a clear communicator and collaborator.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
