Job Description

TRAINING CONTENT, PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATIONS

During this Internship, you’ll tap into market needs and turn insights into powerful learning content. You’ll break down complex Sales Force Automation (SFA) features into simple, punchy and engaging formats such as guides, videos and one-pagers. You’ll build presentations that don’t just inform but energize and inspire stakeholders, and you’ll launch bold, clear communication packs that activate markets and drive momentum. Continuously, you’ll level up all content based on real user feedback and adoption signals to ensure it remains relevant and impactful.

DASHBOARDS & INSIGHTS

You’ll build and own dashboards that make SFA performance impossible to ignore. You’ll bring data together from multiple sources and translate it into sharp, actionable insights. You’ll spot trends, unlock opportunities and highlight gaps before anyone else does, empowering teams with insights that drive faster, smarter decisions. Continuously, you’ll evolve and refine dashboards to stay ahead of business needs and maximize impact.

TESTING & RELEASES

You’ll support testing activities from planning to execution. You'll help to translate business requirements into clear, structured test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure real-world impact. Additionally, you'll identify bugs, track progress, and contribute to continuous improvement so that every release lands smoothly with our users.
