Company Description
Join the Live Team to gain hands-on experience in digital content production, with a special focus on live broadcasts. You’ll support producers across the ideation, planning, execution, and post-production stages while diving into the World of Red Bull. Along the way, you’ll build essential skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-moving media environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual available to join us in June 2026 for a 6-month period.
Job Description
CONTENT IDEATION & RESEARCH
You’ll support research and ideation for new content formats and help bring fresh perspectives to existing ones. By monitoring trends and exploring new approaches, you’ll contribute ideas that keep our live content innovative and engaging.
PRE-PRODUCTION & PLANNING
You’ll contribute to the pre-production phase by helping producers with planning tasks and coordination. This includes supporting timelines, preparing documentation, and ensuring all information is aligned before going live.
EVENT GUIDES & PROJECT INFORMATION
You’ll assist in creating clear and structured event guides and support the management of project information. You’ll help organize and maintain the materials that keep everyone on the same page throughout production.
ON-SITE PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Where applicable, you may join productions on-site as a runner or production assistant. You’ll experience live environments first-hand, supporting the team with practical tasks to ensure smooth execution on the ground.
BROADCAST & POST-PRODUCTION SUPPORT
You’ll support activities at our broadcasting facilities and contribute during post-production. From assisting with workflows to helping manage assets, you’ll gain exposure to how live content is finalized and prepared for distribution.
POST-EVENT DELIVERABLES & COORDINATION
You’ll help manage post-event deliverables, including handling metadata and coordinating between producers and content managers. Your structured approach will help ensure that content is well-documented, searchable, and ready to be shared.
Qualifications
Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)
Fluent in written and spoken English; any additional language is an advantage
Any prior exposure to production (e.g. runner roles, internships, or education in media, film, or TV) is beneficial
Strong interest in content production, especially live formats, and a high motivation to learn
Organisational skills and the ability to maintain clear, structured documentation
- Problem-solving mindset to identify and address process inefficiencies
- Confident communication skills to pitch and articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders
- High learning agility and willingness to quickly adopt new tools and methodologies
- Basic digital skills; experience with editing and AI tools is a plus
- Highly structured, dependable work approach with strong attention to detail
