Event Strategy, Innovation & Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of national gaming events
• Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand identity
• Ensure cultural relevance, creativity, and excellence across all activations
• Drive innovation and growth across all gaming projects and properties

Project, Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Act as full project lead from concept to delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets, agencies, and third-party partners
• Lead internal and external stakeholder alignment (marketing, media, partners)
• Build and manage relationships with publishers, platforms, event organizers, and communities
• Own partnerships end-to-end (ideation, activation, evaluation)
• Identify and support relevant third-party gaming opportunities

Talent Development & Market Intelligence

• Lead and support the gaming roster (players & creators)
• Ensure talent integration into campaigns and long-term growth
• Maintain strong understanding of the local gaming ecosystem
