As the Director of Facility Management – Red Bull North America, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all facilities across our headquarters campus, regional offices, and Wiings warehouse locations. You will lead and develop a team of facility professionals, oversee third-party vendors, ensure best-in-class building performance, and create seamless workplace experiences that strengthen Red Bull’s culture and support productivity.
This position requires a visionary, adaptable leader who combines creativity, operational excellence, and a human-centered approach to facility operations; someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and ensures that all workplaces are inspiring, efficient, safe, and distinctly “Red Bull.” You will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Talent, Sustainability, and other departments to enhance the way our people experience their workplaces.
You will be part of an energetic, passionate team within a culture that values both freedom and responsibility, and you will report to the Vice President of Real Estate, Construction, and Facility Management.
Job Description
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION
Lead and scale the Facilities function across all RBNA offices and Wings warehouses, ensuring that work environments are safe, compliant, efficient, and engaging.
Develop and implement long-term facilities strategies that align with business growth, sustainability objectives, and workplace experience goals.
Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities on facilities planning, budgeting, and operational performance.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Manage, develop, and mentor three direct reports and their respective teams (Facility Managers, Project Managers, and Office Coordinators), fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration.
Establish team priorities, goals, and career development plans to enhance performance and impact.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Oversee and lead building operations; maintenance programs; vendor and contract management; space planning, design, and construction; project management; and the delivery of capital projects for renovation and improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, building efficiency, cost optimization, and the development and implementation of facility standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability practices.
WOKRPLACE EXPERIENCE & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INFLUENCE
Deliver best-in-class workplace programs—such as moves, furniture, office services, food amenities, and event support—and collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Talent, Sustainability, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of employees in workplace design, ensuring that our spaces support creativity, community, and productivity in a distinct Red Bull way.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate facilities management or a closely related function.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated success managing distributed teams and multiple facilities, with a track record of improving operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
Strong judgment and the ability to multitask, anticipate issues, set priorities, and deliver practical solutions.
A clear, confident, and proactive communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels—from frontline staff to senior executives—as well as external vendors; strong business writing skills are required.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar applications; experience with BIM is an advantage.
Experience using building work order systems and/or facilities management software.
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish and additional languages are a plus.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as required.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $112,000 - 168,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
