Job Description

CONCEPT AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

You'll work on the development of new system solution designs in the area of Revenue Growth and Profitability Management by collecting, analyzing and challenging business requirements. With your deep expertise in concepts and end-to-end processes, you provide an objective and holistic perspective to help shape our processes and system landscape towards increased maturity levels. Focusing on data integration and efficiency you avoid isolated solutions and secure an end-to-end approach of all anticipated changes.

You'll act as a translator between business and IT, defining detailed requirements into system-based concepts, that can be used as basis for technical implementation (BSS - Business Scope Statements). You are responsible for defining scope, and for structuring and documenting the requirements, while ensuring alignment with all cross-functional stakeholders. Therefore, an understanding of business content, cross functional processes and complex solutions is essential.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You'll deliver your own projects within your areas of expertise or participate in highly complex projects. Depending on the project’s complexity, urgency, and length, you'll define which project management approach and methodology to apply to achieve the project goals best.

You'll define a project plan and relevant work packages considering end-to-end process and data flow design. In alignment with IT you’ll set up realistic timelines considering resources and constraints, track progress and milestones and ensure deadlines are met. You’ll set the right priorities and communicate proactively with all parties involved, identify bottlenecks, de-escalate conflicts and find alternatives to remove roadblocks.

With some guidance, you ideate, structure, prepare and run workshops throughout the different project stages, where you’ll be expected to challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, as well as continuously identify and manage various project and process dependencies.

TESTING, DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION

You'll be responsible for ensuring high quality and functional integration of all technical developments through defining a test plan and executing detailed end-to-end solution testing. Alignment with business stakeholders and orchestrating user acceptance testing are also part of your responsibilities.

After successful testing, you'll ensure the relevant detailed technical internal and process documentation is accurate and comprehensive. You will also work on the design and creation of communication plans, trainings and workshops as well as the preparation of related materials and documentation. You will conduct online and on-site trainings for stakeholders and impacted users to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools.

KNOWLEDGE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES

Together with the CPM team, you'll drive adoption and change in subsidiaries worldwide and HQ functions. You'll shape strategies that ensure new processes and systems are understood, embraced, and successfully embedded in daily operations. At the same time, you'll strengthen change‑management capabilities, skills and awareness within both the team and the Key User community to support sustainable transformation.

You'll actively engage, manage and grow our global Key User community, building strong relationships, fostering exchange, and creating effective feedback loops. You'll stimulate best‑practice sharing, uncover process and system efficiencies, and translate user insights into concrete improvement initiatives.

You'll own how CPM knowledge is managed and shared. You'll design and govern processes and practices that ensure efficient knowledge management, making sure key users get the right information, at the right time, in the right context.

SYSTEM SUPPORT AND QUALITY

With your understanding of the tool landscape, processes and data flows, you'' act as a second-level support contact for our CPM systems, supporting key users worldwide in case of process or system related issues and questions. You'll independently analyse issues, resolve incidents by closing knowledge gaps or collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues. In doing so, you'll ensure proper system functioning, identify efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system improvements and related business processes within the CPM system.
