To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Data & Process Governance Specialist with a strong focus on Planning Process & Data Quality in our global headquarters in Fuschl am See. The role is placed within the Finance Data & Process Governance Function of the Global Data Department.
In this challenging position, the key deliverable to the organization is to secure process excellence and maintain high data quality throughout the financial planning process. As a member of the FP&A Process Governance team, you coordinate and drive the success of the financial planning process with a strong focus on data and process quality from an end-to-end business perspective.. Training and support of the global finance community on the process & system side, as well as ensuring business-relevant, high-quality go-lives of developments and enhancements complement this challenging and diverse profile. The role we are looking to fill will participate in business process (re)design projects and co-define and implement process-related improvements. Through close collaboration with our internal & external stakeholders and our subsidiaries worldwide, we constantly challenge and push our state-of-the-art planning solution to the next level.
Job Description
PROCESS MANAGEMENT, ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT
Coordination of an effective, efficient, high-quality financial planning process for the organization
Driving planning process-related improvements and governing technical change
Design, support & co-develop planning process optimization initiatives
DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE
Assurance of financial planning relevant data consistency, integrity, accuracy, completeness & timeliness within Finance Systems
Application & constant improvement of financial planning validations
Deployment and rollout of new planning developments & enhancements
CONSULTING, TRAINING & SUPPORT
In-house consulting & development project contribution concerning financial planning, analysis & process optimization solutions
Execution & design of international key user training within the framework of our Finance Academies
Business service management for global planning solutions
Global point of contact for the Financial Planning process and support finance planning local key users around the world
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in an FP&A position
Knowledge of business process analysis and proven track record in business process improvement initiatives
A solid background in controlling and accounting, along with a good understanding of financial processes, is essential
Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, OneStream, etc.] is mandatory
System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view
Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyze solution delivery risks & impacts as well as define alternatives & prioritizations
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders
You can independently ideate, structure, prepare, and lead process and conceptual discussions, meeting and workshops with an end-to-end process perspective
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.509,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
