Company Description
The main objective of this position is to drive Red Bull’s strategic partnerships with a strong focus on generating sustainable revenue and maximizing cash contribution from partners. Sponsorships are at the core of this role, enabling Red Bull to expand its reach and engage new audiences, while additional revenue streams such as merchandising, media sales, and Global Consumer Products further strengthen the commercial impact. By developing and executing integrated partnership solutions, this role ensures both brand growth and measurable business results through cash and value-in-kind contributions, in line with Red Bull’s strategic objectives.
Job Description
Commercial Structuring & Contract Management:
Leading the preparation and alignment of partnership agreements by balancing granted rights with expected partner contributions (cash and value-in-kind)
Ensuring all agreements are commercially sound, internally aligned, and reflect Red Bull’s business objectives
Managing the end-to-end contracting process in coordination with legal and finance teams
Partnership Delivery & Compliance:
Ensuring all agreed partner rights are delivered in full and on time across all projects
Tracking execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end and proactively identifying gaps or risks
Providing clear and structured reporting to partners on delivered value and performance
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Acting as the central point of contact between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Coordinating closely with marketing, events, and other departments to bring partnerships to life efficiently and with high quality standards
Driving alignment across stakeholders to meet timelines and partnership objectives
Proposal Development & Partner Communication:
Preparing compelling and consistent partnership proposals and sales materials
Ensuring all partnership packages are clearly structured, commercially coherent, and aligned with Red Bull’s positioning
Communicating relevant event and project opportunities to partners in a timely and engaging manner
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience and track record
Performed in role(s) of similar industries and scope within an (inter)national organization such as a marketing/media/communications agency, rights holder or event owner, media platform or in the marketing team of a global brand and with a strong focus on multi branded partnership marketing campaigns and activations on traditional, new media as well as event sponsorships.
Working knowledge and strong network of the marketing/ sponsoring, media, and advertising industry in Turkey, able to navigate through agency or brand industries.
Skillful and respectful negotiator with excellent client management competence, able to obtain incremental results from stakeholders while developing those relationships.
Strong sales and communication are required.
Strong personality with cooperative thinking

Strong commercial/legal acumen
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient and comfortable working within a highly pressured and operationally focused environment
Readiness to travel and work on weekends.
Excellent management skills including account & budget control.
