Job Description

In a nutshell

As the YouTube Producer, you’ll lead and own creative decisions tied to clear performance metrics for the Red Bull Bike YouTube channel, driving brand love, audience engagement, and long-term impact through authentic, innovative, strong storytelling content. You’ll design and execute a compelling year-round content plan - covering strategy, planning, production, packaging, and publishing - using insights into audience behaviour, media trends, CTR, retention curves, and other KPIs to ensure every piece of content meets creative standards, platform best practices, and brand guidelines.

Working closely with Red Bull markets, internal teams, the Global team, external partners, and key stakeholders, you’ll develop and refine ideas that generate millions of views, captivate the global Bike community on YouTube, and extend Red Bull’s reach and relevance beyond the platform.

Innovative YouTube Content

You’ll lead the creation of authentic, high-impact YouTube content that resonates with new and existing audiences, with a strong focus on building repeatable format pipelines alongside exciting new formats. You’ll apply a deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, titles and thumbnails, and intentional packaging aimed at increasing CTR to shape content that stands apart from traditional formats and drives sustainable channel growth.

Content Development & Production

In this role, you’ll plan and execute video projects end-to-end, shaping productions from concept to release and offering creative direction and YouTube-specific expertise throughout the process. You’ll support teams on scripting, shoots, and edits to ensure content is tailored for performance, retention, and audience growth.

You’ll regularly deep-dive into audience retention curves and other performance data to generate learnings and optimise both ongoing and future productions, ensuring that every project is informed by what keeps viewers watching and returning. You’ll collaborate with internal production teams and external partners to produce the very best YouTube content tailored for Bike audiences.

Teamwork & Stakeholder Management

In this role, you’ll act as a content expert and lead partner for Bike projects at Red Bull. You’ll work closely with Red Bull markets, regional content teams, and key stakeholders to navigate project briefs, determine production needs, and design strong, scalable YouTube content formats that can be repeated and evolved over time.

You’ll collaborate with a team of platform and subject experts and work alongside the Red Bull Global team to drive innovative ideation and ensure the effective execution of Red Bull Bike content projects. You’ll coordinate with the Production Management Team on budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management specific to content productions. Additionally, you’ll educate regional content teams on YouTube best practices, current trends, and data-informed learnings (CTR, retention, packaging), helping evolve creative ideas into viable and repeatable Red Bull Bike concepts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of YouTube production experience with a strong portfolio of videos that demonstrate success and growth.
  • Solid end-to-end production skills, from concept to delivery, and a good understanding of production best practices.
