At Red Bull, a Musketeer is the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for identifying business opportunities in the new On Premise playgrounds to leverage brand image and drive both current and future sales of Red Bull's product portfolio.
Job Description
You will represent Red Bull as a non-traditional sales representative. Your main priority is to open and develop accounts across all the segments of On Premise particularly at Bar/pub and Hotel. Also to identify & activate high image restaurant, café, and fitness center. You will increase sales and awareness by; improving product availability in accounts, managing distribution, creating territory sales plans, implementing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets. You'll need enthusiasm for the On Premise environment and endless fascination with the driving forces that shape it. Indispensable Business Consultant
- Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull's business and customer's business.
- Leverage your impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one On Premise.
- Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present (brand, product).
The Entrepreneur of the Territory
- Know your territory like the back of your hand. With detail mapping of your assigned area, mainly Kowloon district, with potential CBD across New territory
- Time allocation estimation vs segment : Bar/Pub (30%) , Catering University campus and workplaces canteen (30%), Café/restaurant (30%) , fitness/gym (10%)
- Follow the company's strategy, create innovative measures and lay the foundation in areas where Red Bull will exploit its full potential in the future.
- Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
- Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Red Bull Ambassador
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, bar staff, distribution partners, promoters, agencies, etc.)
- Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
- Be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of Red Bull On Premise.
- Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activities and execution.
Distribution Partner Management
- To join the customer meeting with related sales rep from Telford (Sole Master distribution partner) in field
- To translate company segment strategy to related sales rep, and support to activate the right Hi-5 execution to drive business growth
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years experience in sales & marketing or people related business
- Integrated into the local community, demonstrating authenticity and credibility.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Street smart, with a deep understanding of diverse groups and their daily challenges.
- Proficient in analyzing sales and customer data, excellent active listening and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable communicator, able to adjust presentation style and professional appearance to suit various audiences.
Additional Information
Minimum of University Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Fluency in Cantonese & English (verbal & written)
