Job Description
ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF IT INITIATIVES AND LIFECYCLE PROJECTS
As IT Project Manager - Production Site Ludesch, your primary focus is to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT initiatives that ensure the seamless availability and efficient lifecycle management of all IT services at the production site. You will oversee infrastructure-related projects across networks, server infrastructure, workplace services, and specialized client systems, ensuring they are scoped, prioritized, and executed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. In collaboration with the IT Area and Global Security teams, you will lead projects to implement and enhance IT security measures, proactively addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security policies. By defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) within your projects, you ensure sustainable service quality and resilient business operations.

This includes defining scopes of work, aligning timelines, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring that all partner activities meet agreed procedures and service-level agreements. You will also manage sourcing, hosting, and housing projects, ensuring they comply with Red Bull standards and support the strategic roadmap of the production site.
DRIVE PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS AND ITSM STANDARDS
You will identify, initiate, and manage improvement projects aimed at optimizing IT processes and aligning them with Red Bull’s latest IT service management (ITSM) standards. By structuring process changes as clear initiatives—with objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes—you will enhance the efficiency and transparency of local IT operations. Leveraging global and area IT services, you will implement innovative solutions that support the evolving needs of the production site.
BUILD LOCAL AI EXPERTISE AND ENSURE AI COMPLIANCE
You will lead AI-related initiatives that build local expertise and unlock new opportunities for operational efficiency.
