The Coordinator, Marketing plays a critical role in keeping our Marketing & Communications team organized, aligned, and moving forward. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and supporting the broader marketing organization, this role helps turn ideas into action- making sure timelines, tools, and deliverables stay on track in a fast-paced environment.

With strong mentorship and broad visibility, this role is designed to build a foundation for long-term growth in marketing, brand, or communications leadership.
Job Description
Support the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the club’s annual marketing and brand strategy
Track progress against marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work stays on pace and aligned
Manage marketing budgets and financial processes, including expense reporting, spend tracking, forecasts, invoices, reconciliations, and vendor setup within financial systems
Serve as a connective lead across marketing disciplines and key cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, integration, and clarity of ownership
Support execution across core marketing verticals including brand, field, ticketing, partnerships, digital, community, and game presentation
Own project management fundamentals for marketing initiatives, including workback schedules, timelines, and status tracking
Support creative development and asset management, including briefing process, project prioritization road map, creative reviews, approvals, and distribution
Prepare materials, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership
Maintain KPI dashboards, campaign recaps, business plan trackers, and executive reporting to support visibility and performance tracking
Identify risks, dependencies, or gaps and proactively surface them to marketing leadership
Play an active role in matchday marketing execution, including on-site coordination and operational support
Lead and manage celebrity, influencer, and VIP guest logistics on matchdays, serving as a primary point of contact
Own MARCOMM guest-management workflows, including invitations, credentials, arrivals, on-site experience, and post-event follow-up
Own Marketing & Communications meeting logistics, including scheduling, room booking, agenda development, and distilling discussions into actionable next steps
Support additional marketing initiatives and organizational priorities as business needs evolve
Qualifications
2-3 years of progressive experience in professional setting (Marketing, sales, operations), ideally within sports, entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
The salary range for this position is $55,000-60,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
