To lead and integrate Field Sales execution and Trade Marketing strategy in order to maximize Off Premise performance. The role defines and executes the Perfect Store strategy, drives sales fundamentals, enables superior in-store execution, and translates brand and marketing strategy into impactful trade, shopper, and field execution while protecting brand image and values.

Job Description

Field Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, plan, and track field sales routines.
  • Drive execution excellence in priority stores.
  • Deliver KPIs: coverage, distribution, placements, Perfect Store, sales.
  • Support execution through audits, blitzes, merchandising and displays.

 

Trade Marketing Strategy & Activation

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies.
  • Translate marketing plans into sales execution.
  • Lead consumer and shopper activations.
  • Own trade calendar and execution alignment.


Perfect Store & POS Excellence

  • Define Perfect Store standards by channel.
  • Lead POS planning, ordering and rollout.
  • Ensure global POS compliance and brand guidelines.

 

Business Insights & Performance Management

  • Lead sales analysis and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities and execution gaps.
  • Evaluate promotions and initiatives.

 

Training, Coaching & Capability Development

  • Train and coach field sales and distributor teams.
  • Ensure execution standards and routines.

 

Merchandising & Agency Management

  • Coordinate outsourced merchandising services.
  • Define KPIs and conduct service audits.

 

Cross-Functional & International Coordination

  • Act as point of contact for international trade teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics.

 

Budget & Project Management

  • Support budget planning and tracking.
  • Lead trade-led projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years FMCG experience in Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Insights or Key Account Management
  • Strong FMCG market understanding
  • Analytical skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Valid driving license
